Andrew Adam Caldwell

Growing up in Idaho, Andrew channeled his creativity early, in many
ways. In grade school he made 8mm short films. In college he studied
creative writing, publishing, design, and theater arts. He wrote,
directed and acted in theatrical productions, designing his own
promotional materials and specialty T-shirts. In 1993, Andrew moved to Seattle, and a year later focused his energy on photography. His first subjects were local escorts seeking digital images for online promotion, starting his portfolio with an emphasis on male nudes that continues to the present. In 2003, five of his photos were published in the Nudes volume of the Camera Craft series from by AVA publications of Great Britain and Switzerland. The following year his first solo show premiered in Miami, a private exhibition which was itself clothing-optional. His work was featured in the 2005 and 2006 Seattle Erotic Arts Festivals. Andrew has been active in Image Collective and its earlier incarnation, Malestorm, since 2002. He is always eager to work with a diverse range of models, and welcomes inquiries. |
